Then the brown Puskin took him round to the back of the elm tree and, lo and behold, where nobody could ever see it, was a little door right in the bark of the tree! It had a tiny hole in it. The brown Puskin told him to put the key in the keyhole, knock three times on the little door and say,
"Most wonderful of all the trees,
I'd like to have my dinner, please."
"And", said the brown Puskin, "you must never forget to say... 'Please' ".
