An equivalent combination of semester credit
hours from an accredited college or university
and experience, where one semester credit hour
may substitute for 33 1/3 hours of experience.
However, there can be no fewer than 60
semester credit hours of college.

Participation in 20 hours
of continuing education
during the two years immediately preceding an
application for renewal.
